Isaiah started his insurance career in 2017 at Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines. He was a property claims adjustor before moving into a personal lines underwriting role. When he and his wife, Hannah, decided to move back to Oskaloosa, he spent some time in marketing before deciding he wanted to transition back into insurance. He joined Ratcliff & Blake in 2021. Isaiah and Hannah live in Oskaloosa with their son, August (Auggie) and twin daughters, Ada and Emma.
