Nicky joined our agency in October of 2023 after several years as a Customer Service Specialist in the Small Business Division at American Express Company.  While at American Express, she guided clients in identifying business solutions that would successfully grow their company.   Customer service has always been her passion!   Nicky and her family live south of Eddyville.

Education:

• After high school, she played softball at South Mountain Community College, where she earned her associate’s degree.

Interests & Hobbies:

• Nicky’s family enjoys target shooting, archery, riding 4-wheelers, and raising their chickens and dogs.
